Cancellation, returns and refunds.

Request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order and before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Email info@lauzari.in, call +91 81818 10972 or open a support ticket with your order number. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible. If we cancel because we cannot fulfil the order, the affected amount will be refunded. After dispatch, use the returns process. For made-to-order goods, any restriction after production starts must have been disclosed and agreed before payment.

Request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include the order number, item and quantity, reason and relevant photographs. Customers with an account can use Returns & refunds; guest customers can contact support using the same window. Do not send items back until we provide return instructions and the correct receiving address.

Standard products may be returned if unused, uninstalled and in resaleable condition with the supplied accessories, manuals and original packaging where reasonably available. Damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed items are assessed even when unpacked or reasonably used to discover the problem. We may request information needed to understand the issue, but missing packaging alone does not remove rights relating to a defective product.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for goods made to your specification, installed or used products, or hygiene products with a broken safety seal. These exceptions do not exclude remedies for defects, damage, incorrect supply or a product that does not match its description. Any product-specific restriction must be stated before purchase. Warranty concerns discovered later can be raised through support.

For an approved return caused by our error, an incorrect product, a verified defect or transport damage, we arrange return collection or reimburse a reasonable return-shipping charge agreed in advance. For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping; original outbound shipping is not refunded where it was separately disclosed. Pack the item securely and retain proof of return. No undisclosed restocking fee is applied.

We normally inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt and communicate the outcome. For approved defect/incorrect-product claims, we will agree a suitable replacement or refund. If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund the approved amount. If a return is rejected, we will explain the reason and available next steps through your account or support.

We initiate an approved refund within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval or, for a return, after receipt and inspection of the goods. Refunds go to the original payment method. After initiation, the payment provider or bank typically takes a further 5–7 business days; timing can vary by payment method or bank. We will provide the available refund reference. Contact us if the credit has not appeared within 10 business days after initiation so we can help trace it.

If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, contact us with the order or payment reference before paying again. We will verify the transaction and assist with any required reversal or refund. Never share your full card number, CVV, PIN or OTP with support.
