Pricing and payment policy.

All online prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Check the selected product variant, unit, pack size, minimum order quantity and quantity before payment. The applicable selling price is the one displayed for the selected product and order; a different variant may have a different price.

Applicable tax, delivery charges and discounts are shown in the order summary before payment. Refer to the checkout breakdown or agreed quotation for whether a charge is included or added separately. GST invoicing uses the business details supplied for the order. There are no undisclosed payment or handling charges.

Products marked for enquiry or requiring a special specification need a written quotation. The quotation should identify the model, quantity, tax, freight, lead time and any installation or special-order conditions before payment. A catalogue enquiry does not itself create a paid order.

A coupon applies only when accepted in the cart and subject to its stated eligibility. Prices and offers may change for future orders. If a material pricing error affects an existing order, we will contact you for agreement or cancel and refund it; we do not silently charge a higher amount.

Available payment methods are shown through Razorpay at checkout. A successful debit alone is not proof that the store has confirmed payment; use the order status and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method under our Cancellation, Returns & Refunds policy.
