Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and place orders only if you are legally able to enter a contract. Keep your account credentials confidential. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful material.

Review the selected model, variant, dimensions, capacity, colour, quantity and technical specifications. Photographs are illustrative; packaging or minor appearance details can vary. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement. Ask our team about compatibility or installation before purchasing.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The product and checkout show the applicable price, quantity, discounts, taxes and delivery charges before payment. Products requiring a quotation are confirmed in writing before payment. Available online payments are processed through Razorpay; an order is confirmed after payment verification.

An acknowledgement records your order. If an item is unavailable, a material listing error is found or the order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and offer an agreed alternative or cancel and refund the affected amount. We will not increase a confirmed order price without your agreement.

Our Shipping policy sets out delivery estimates. The Cancellation, Returns & Refunds policy explains deadlines, eligibility, costs and refund timings. Any different lead time or made-to-order condition must be communicated and agreed before payment. These policies form part of the order terms.

Use and install equipment according to the supplied instructions and applicable safety requirements. Installation is included only when stated in the product listing or agreed quotation. Any product warranty and its provider are as stated for that product; no additional blanket warranty is promised. This does not limit remedies for defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Website content and brand assets may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Indian law applies, subject to applicable consumer protections. Please contact us first to resolve a concern; you retain the right to approach the competent court or consumer forum. Changes apply prospectively; orders already accepted remain subject to the terms agreed at purchase.
